Our programs are designed with today's youth and young adults in mind. We teach life skills, build emotional resilience, and provide a support network for our at-risk young adults.
By giving our mentees the opportunity to meaningfully engage with each other and with their community, we hope to help them plant a strong base of friendships, skills, and experiences to draw on as they grow into adulthood.
Roots is a group for young adults that teaches life skills through presentations, hands-on learning opportunities, and reflections.
Seeds is a health and wellness class focuses on nourishing your body through cooking, healthy emotional habits, and learning how to be healthy in a fast food world.
